Shipping Policy
We ship to the contiguous United States and beyond.
- Contiguous U.S.: Orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 have a flat rate of $9.90.
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Shipping available, calculated at checkout.
- International Orders: We do ship internationally! Rates vary depending on destination and will be shown at checkout.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because our pieces are handmade and created in limited quantities, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges if something isn’t quite right.
- Exchange Window: Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Process: To start an exchange, please contact us at mayamiracleus@gmail.com with your order number.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Additional Notes
- One of a Kind Items: Due to their unique nature, one-of-a-kind pieces may have limited exchange options.
- Press-on Nails: For hygiene reasons, press-on nail sets must be unopened and unused to qualify for exchange.
- Refunds: Refunds are not offered, but we will do our best to help you find an alternative piece you love.
